Payment of Donations or Fees

TO PAY for an activity, workshop, event, or other fee, or TO DONATE to the RI 4-H Club Foundation to support the RI 4-H program, please complete the form below.

Use the NOTE section to specify the purpose, event, activity or whatever you are paying for.

Donation/payment purposes might include:

• General fund donations
• Special event or activity fees
• Purchase of 4-H Club merchandise
• Gifts in honor of someone
• Gifts in memory of someone
• Employer's matching gifts

We sincerely thank all the community organizations, businesses and corporations, 4-H parents, leaders, volunteers, alumni & friends of 4-H for their support and contributions to Rhode Island 4-H Club Foundation, Inc.
